Fine beachfront views from our suite.
Our experience was disappointing. The food was subpar, lacking variety and flavor, and we often found options unavailable. The customer service was very unhelpful, causing frustration from check-in to check-out. Miscommunication led to unnecessary stress .

I strongly recommend, had fab experience here.
Greatly enjoyed my time at the hotel, thank you very much. The venue itself was enchanting and clean with a swim-up bar. The breakfast was fantastic and gorgeous for the high nightly rate paid; the staff was fabulous. The service was fantastic and the pool was good.

The beach access was super convenient, and relaxing by the outdoor pool was the perfect way to unwind. Just a heads up, the breakfast options were a bit limited at times, so getting there early might be a good idea ☀️

It was as expected, had a peaceful stay for the first night of our Cook Island adventure. Breakfast was above average, fantastic views, lovely location next to the Sanctuary being very quiet, Sanctuary restaurant, and grass growing through sand outside rooms. We visited an indoor restaurant and liked the local meals they offer.

The pool was good and I had delicious drinks in the swim-up bar. Btw, they asked me to pay usd 6 per hour for Internet, that's typical.

Great beachfront access and lovely staff, but Wi-Fi isn't free and kind of expensive.

missingWrote a review on 12 Julgreat beach accessfantastic snorkeling gear
This place suits me perfectly! The staff helped with tech issues during my first stay. Great beach access, a saltwater pool, and fantastic snorkeling gear rental. Don't miss the massage services! I'm coming back for a business trip.

missingWrote a review on 09 Julbeachfront accessrelaxing atmosphereinconsistent service
The location offers a fantastic beachfront view, providing idyllic settings for relaxation or leisurely strolls along the shore. The Beachfront Suite includes direct access to the sand. The sound of waves adds to the serene atmosphere.
Check-in was a hassle due to a surprise requirement to book an additional night for a late arrival, which wasn't communicated in advance. The swim-up bar sees inconsistent service making waits lengthy, and the quality of cocktails was hit or miss depending on who made them. The pool had issues at times, with green water and limited maintenance resulting in a few un-swimmable days. Dining options fell short as well. Food quality was inconsistent and often cold when arriving.

Pristine sand, crystal-clear lagoon, vibrant marine life
Inconsistency in service left a lot to be desired!!! Frustrating room upgrades required multiple requests, and the frozen fish served at dinner felt out of place at such a so-called luxury resort!!!
